SM6.50 定义：奥克兰以外地区的就业。
如果主申请人工作地或主要工作地点不在奥克兰议会规定的范围内，即视为奥克兰以外地区的就业。
工作地点的广义范围包括房屋、建筑物、车辆，只要申请人平时在其范围内工作，并获得报酬之场所（不包括为雇员提供的家庭住宿），以下场所或部分场所亦视为工作地点：

雇员来或可能来此就餐、休息、获得急救或报酬；或
-
作为工作职责的一部分，雇员来或可能来此报道或汇报工作，获得批示，或交付货物或车辆；或
-
为了到达工作地点，雇员可能或必须通过的路径。
SM6.50.1 Definition: Employment outside the Auckland region
Employment is outside the Auckland region if the principal applicant’s entire or principal place of work is not within the territories covered by the Auckland Council.
For the purposes of this provision ‘place of work’ is defined as a place (whether or not within or forming part of a building, structure or vehicle) where any person is to work, for the time being works, or customarily works, for gain and reward; and includes a place, or part of a place, (not being domestic accommodation provided for the employee):
where the employee comes or may come to eat, rest or get first aid or pay; or
where the employee comes or may come as part of the employee’s duties to report in or out, get instructions, or deliver goods or vehicles; or
through which the employee may or must pass to reach a place of work.
